Kevin Reeves has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been based in Kuala Lumpur for the last 16 years, working on large, complex construction and engineering projects in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.

Kevin is dual qualified, holding a master’s degree in construction law and arbitration from King’s College London and a degree in quantity surveying from Greenwich University. He is also a UK Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He combines this technical and legal knowledge to provide contract and commercial support on a broad range of projects including commercial, residential, civil engineering, rail, power generation, power transmission, water treatment, oil and gas. In the last five years alone he has worked on over 25 projects with a combined value of over RM12 billion (US$4 billion).

His special interest is in the investigation of project delays, including extension of time, prolongation and disruption claims, an area in which he regularly advises clients and gives talks.

Kevin has acted as expert witness on issues of delay and quantum, giving expert testimony on a number of projects.

He has sat on committees for the Malaysian Institutes of Architects (PAM) and the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (ISM), and is trained as a mediator with CIDB Malaysia. He was a lecturer at the University of Greenwich in the UK, has given talks in Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines, and speaks regularly at seminars in Malaysia.

Sau Pin has over 15 years of experience working on complex building, civil engineering and oil and gas projects in Malaysia as well as Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

She is dual qualified with degrees in both law and quantity surveying. She is also a UK Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Her interests and expertise lie in supporting clients in their day-to-day contract management, preparation of extension time and monetary submissions, carrying out delay analyses, drafting contracts and subcontracts, and providing practical advice and support on a multitude of other complex contractual and commercial issues. She also regularly leads teams preparing expert reports on matters of delay and quantum.

Sau Pin has provided contract and commercial support on a wide range of projects valued from RM100 million (US$30 million) up to RM1.5 billion (US$500 million) which include hotels, highways, viaducts, bridges, power transmission lines, commercial and residential developments, offshore platforms and pipelines. She has also provided technical support to legal counsel in dispute resolution.
